Through the Voices of Beads exhibit


Opening September 8th at the Ball’s Falls Centre for Conservation in Jordan, Ontario, is  “Through the Voices of Beads.” This exhibition reveals the meanings expressed in Iroquois beadwork, and shows that this art form still thrives. The exhibition consists of about 20 pieces from Royal Ontario Museum collections, both historical and modern, and about 10 works from the collection of Iroquois beadwork artist Samuel Thomas.The exhibit closes November 4th.
