Hand jewelry, step 5

The leaves are done! I had some help from classmates and Diane Fitzgerald about the tone of green to choose; Diane sent me home with a green silk oak leaf that we felt was the right color. My first inclination was to go with brighter, lighter greens, but they were too close in value to the purple and gray and white of the flower. Then I got help from Sandi and VerLaine at Stormcloud to get the shiny greens, and I threw in the milky green. It’s a good collection, and will frame the flower well.
