A day or two ago, the instructions for Shala Kerrigan’s Delicate lace heart was in my feed reader. This is a great way to highlight some precious beads, those beads that are hard to use because they are rare. I used some Italian seeds for the heart, and changed the instructions slightly to use some smaller French beads for the edging. (Neither bead is manufactured any more.) I had to change the bead count for the heart shape in the larger beads as these beads are very doughnut shaped and the proportions are different.
This could be an aspen leaf too.
