Crop art at the 2010 Minnesota State Fair


I keep meaning to share a few of the pictures I took of the crop art at this year’s Minnesota State Fair. For those of you unfamiliar with it, crop art uses the seeds of various crops and glues them to a surface to make an image. The queen of crop art was Lillian Colton, and the Minnesota Historical Society Press published a book about her:
