I know I’m a little slow, but if you haven’t seen it, Gwen Fisher recapped bead art at the Joint Mathematics 2013 meeting on her blog. She wrote about her pieces and others, included the awesome scientists of the Beaded Molecules. (If I ever get to Taiwan, I want to stop by their university!) Gwen is a former math teacher, and always math geek, and she and Florence Tourner are the brains behind beAd Infinitum.
