Painted Vessel, 2007This 5" tall vessel is made of brick stitch over a form, removed after completion. Beads used are Czech, Italian, Japanese, and French. The shape is inspired by amphoras at the Minneapolis Institute of the Arts, and the colors by a painting at the Walker Art Center. |
